These General Terms and Conditions apply, without restriction or reservation, to all business relations between Le Gallen Marion and non-professional buyers over a given period of time and until the end of the contract. The Client is therefore obliged to read them carefully.
The validation of an order on the part of a customer engenders the acceptance, without reserve, of the entirety of the present General Conditions of Sale in force on the site www.cocofesses.fr on the date of placing the order.
The contract is concluded when the goods are ordered and paid for.
When placing an order, the customer provides the following information under his sole responsibility: Surname, First Name, Delivery and Billing Address, Telephone Number and E-mail Address. In the event of an error in the wording of the contact details, Le Gallen Marion cannot be held responsible for the impossibility of delivery. A summary of the contact details and the order will be displayed when you click on "my basket". After validation of this basket it is then possible to confirm or change the delivery address and the billing address. The next validation brings you to the Payment page with the total amount of the order. After validation and acceptance of the payment by the bank, a confirmation email summarizing all the data of the order (price, quantity, reference, mode of transport, delivery address, billing address) is sent to the customer.
Confirmation of the order implies acceptance of these terms and conditions of sale. It is worth signature and acceptance of the operations carried out. The sale will only be considered final after an order confirmation email has been sent to the Buyer.
The Purchaser has, in accordance with the provisions of article L221-18 of the Consumer Code, a withdrawal period of 14 working days from the delivery of the products to return them to the company Le Gallen Marion for exchange or refund, provided that the products are returned in their original packaging and in perfect condition. Damaged, soiled or incomplete items will not be taken back.
The return costs are at the exclusive charge of the buyer. The return of products must be accompanied by a return slip, requested by email from customer service at contact@cocofesses.fr, and the invoice. The exchange (subject to availability) or refund will be made within 10 days of receipt by the Company of the items returned by the buyer.
All reservations or claims for non-conformity or apparent defect of the products delivered must be made by mail to Le Gallen Marion or by e-mail to contact@cocofesses.fr with all the corresponding proofs. Failing to comply with these formalities, the products will be considered to be in conformity and free of any apparent defect and no complaint will be accepted by the Company Le Gallen Marion, which will replace as soon as possible and at its expense, the delivered products whose apparent defects or lack of conformity will have been duly proven by the purchaser.

The prices of our products are expressed in euros all taxes included. The prices applied are those in force on the site www.cocofesses.fr on the day the order is placed. These prices are open and revisable during their period of validity, as indicated on the site of the company Le Gallen Marion. The costs of processing, shipping, transport, delivery and packaging are charged in addition. The products remain the property of Le Gallen Marion until full payment of the price, regardless of the delivery date of the product.
The price is payable cash, in full on the day the order is placed by the buyer, by secure payment by credit card. The Gallen Marion will not be obliged to deliver the products ordered by the Purchaser if the Purchaser does not pay the price in full.
Credit card payments are debited at the time of ordering.
The payments made by the Purchaser will only be considered final after effective collection of the sums due by Le Gallen Marion.
Le Gallen Marion reserves the right, in the event of non-compliance with the above payment conditions, to suspend or cancel the delivery of current orders made by the Purchaser.
For any order less than or equal to 150 euros including all taxes, or for any request for delivery other than by Colissimo, a contribution to shipping costs will be applied.
Our prices indicated are those for shipments to international destinations.
Packages are shipped via the chosen mode of transport. Items are delivered to the delivery address indicated when ordering. For a shipment to a relay point, the package may be refused by the chosen relay point at the discretion of the store manager. In case of refusal, another relay point will be proposed to the customer or chosen directly by the carrier because of its proximity to the initial address. The sending of the order will be confirmed to the customer on the day of his departure by an e-mail provided that the customer has correctly communicated his e-mail address. The shipping costs are at the expense of the Customer. The delivery costs appear distinctly on the order form before confirmation by the customer, except in exceptional cases.
In the event of non-delivery of the package, a notice of availability is issued by the carrier.
In case of non withdrawal within the time limit, the package will be returned to Le Gallen Marion. In this case, it can be returned to the customer on condition that the customer again pays the return postage costs specific to each package. As the transport is at the risk of the Customer, the Customer is advised to check the parcels upon arrival. In the event of apparent defects, the customer benefits from the right of return specified in article 3. The times indicated when the order is taken are given as an indication and may vary according to the destination. The Gallen Marion undertakes to deliver the products ordered by the buyer as soon as possible. The delivery times are given as an indication and a possible exceeding of these times will not give rise to any damages, withholding or cancellation of the order by the purchaser. Except in special cases or unavailability of one or more products, the products ordered will be delivered in one go. The delivery service is understood "at the bottom of the building", no carrier is able to systematically ensure delivery to the floors.
However, if the ordered products have not been delivered within 20 working days after dispatch for any reason other than force majeure, the sale may be cancelled at the written request of the buyer or Le Gallen Marion. The sums paid by the buyer will then be returned to him without delay, excluding any compensation or deduction. Orders are processed from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.All orders placed before 1 pm are shipped the same day, beyond that the shipment will only be made the next working day (Monday for orders from Friday 1 pm). The preparation of your order and the average delivery time is 4 to 8 working days).
Upon receipt of your order, before signing the carrier's signature, unpack and check your product in the presence of the delivery man even if the packaging is intact.
Do not sign under pressure from the delivery man. If he does not agree, specify the reason on the delivery note: "the deliveryman did not wish to be present at the unpacking during the inspection of the package". This is your right and your only means of contesting in case of damage.
The valid reserves to be used to obtain the replacement of the product are :

In case of "X" missing illustrations note "X missing illustrations".
The mention "subject to unpacking" is not a valid reservation and will not allow the replacement of the product. In the case where reserves would have been issued on the delivery order, thank you to inform our customer service by email to contact@cocofesses.fr who will open a claim file with the carrier.
